Dr. Ronald Garcia, DACM, L.Ac.
Dr. Ronald Garcia earned his B.A. in History from UCLA, where his interest in sports medicine, anatomy, and physiology first took root. He went on to complete the Massage Therapy/Asian Bodywork program at Pacific College of Health and Science, followed by a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine and a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
Drawing on over 20 years of Vipassana meditation practice guided by the esteemed S.N. Goenka, Dr. Garcia has developed a uniquely integrative perspective — one that bridges the subatomic phenomena of the quantum world with the subtle biofield of the human body. He is currently completing certification in Classical Five-Element Acupuncture through Dr. Brian Bender of the Institute of Classical Five-Element Acupuncture Inc.
He believes that expressions of the body, mind, emotions, and spirit exist as a coherent whole — and that restoring balance in any one dimension informs all others. Outside the clinic, Dr. Garcia enjoys music, Qi Gong, Tai Ji, studying the Dao, training jiu jitsu, appreciating nature, and spending time with his kids.
Dr. Yi-Chun Yvonne Ko, L.Ac.
Dr. Yi-Chun Yvonne Ko is a highly skilled and compassionate second-generation acupuncturist, raised in a family of oriental medicine practitioners. With a holistic approach to healthcare, she integrates the principles of vital chi energy and meridian pathways with natural medicine to promote healing and wellness.
Dr. Ko is especially renowned for her expertise in fertility support. With extensive clinical experience, she has guided countless individuals and couples through the complexities of reproductive health. As a certified cosmetic acupuncturist, she also combines traditional and cosmetic acupuncture with microneedling techniques to enhance natural beauty and promote radiant skin health.
In her free time, Dr. Ko finds joy in the coastal beauty of San Diego — bodyboarding, swimming at local beaches, and taking serene walks along La Jolla Cove where she admires the sunsets and visits her favorite seal friends.

Dr. Jennifer Tai is a board licensed acupuncturist and Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, certified through the State of California and the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Dr. Jen's technique is grounded in Five Element Acupuncture — where collaboration is focused on helping patients realign with their highest expression of self, guiding deep emotional balance alongside physical healing. Her approach is particularly powerful in addressing physical pain, mental-emotional disharmony, chronic conditions, childhood & intergenerational conditions, trauma, and much more.
As a mother who experienced a nonlinear path to motherhood, Dr. Jen has a special interest in working with moms and moms-to-be — from nuanced conception prep, to holding a healthy pregnancy, to postpartum support and beyond. Outside the clinic, she enjoys slow mornings and dance parties with her young daughter and husband, anchoring into the beauty of motherhood.
Dr. Francesca Serraino Fiory, DACM, LAc, Dipl. OM, LMT
Dr. Francesca Serraino Fiory is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, born and raised in Rome, Italy. She earned her Doctorate and Master's degrees in Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, and brings a remarkable academic foundation from her earlier career in science — including a PhD in Materials Engineering, a Master's in Industrial Chemistry, and a BS in Chemistry from universities in Rome.
Her path to healing began after Shiatsu helped her recover from a serious car accident — an experience that transformed her understanding of the body and set her on a new course. Before dedicating her career to holistic medicine, she held senior leadership roles in Regulatory and Medical Affairs at global pharmaceutical companies, giving her a uniquely integrative perspective that bridges Eastern tradition and Western science.
Dr. Francesca's practice is rooted in Japanese Meridian Therapy, using pulse and palpation diagnosis to guide precise, individualized treatment. Her areas of focus include holistic facial and body rejuvenation, reproductive health, anti-aging and weight management, and chronic conditions and stress. She is also a licensed massage therapist, clinical master herbalist, nutrition consultant, and Jikiden Reiki practitioner.

Dr. Porscha Grace Horn, DACM, L.Ac.
Dr. Horn is a compassionate, patient-centered Licensed Acupuncturist originally from New Jersey and now based in California. Before becoming an acupuncturist, she earned her BBA in Marketing from Howard University and expanded her passion for supporting others through training as a massage therapist and birth doula. She later earned her Masters and Doctorate degrees in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science.
Dr. Horn's approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens best when the body feels safe, supported, and heard. She creates individualized treatments designed to support pain management, women's health, emotional well-being, and overall wellness.
She believes every person's health journey is unique and that meaningful change begins with understanding the body as a whole. Through acupuncture, complementary therapies, and patient education, her goal is to address current concerns while empowering patients with a deeper understanding of their bodies and an active role in their long-term health.
